Fine Payments

Please note that court clerks cannot accept fine payments over the phone or online.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• • Cash: Accepted during court sessions or in person by appointment
  • Credit Card: Accepted during court sessions or in person by appointment. A 2.99% service fee applies to all credit card transactions
  • Mail: You may mail a money order or bank-certified check (no personal checks) to:

Please include your fine notice with your payment or clearly print your full name and date of birth on the envelope.

All fine payments are accepted during regular Court Office Hours — please call ahead to schedule an appointment.

Traffic Court:

1st and 3rd Mondays of each month

• You must mail in your ticket (pleading guilty or not guilty) before your court date, or appear in person on the date indicated on your ticket.
• If you plead Not Guilty, the Town Prosecutor will mail a plea recommendation or provide a future court date.
• If you plead Guilty, a fine notice will be mailed to you.
• For questions, please call during office hours.
