The Town of Eden Court provides convenient, local access to the New York State court system for a variety of cases, including:

• Vehicle and traffic violations
• Town ordinance violations
• Criminal cases
• Small claims
• Evictions

The court is also responsible for scheduling court dates and accepting fine payments.

Payments

Fines and fees may be paid by:

• Cash
• Certified check
• Money order
• Credit card (MasterCard or Visa)

A 2.99% service fee applies to all credit card transactions.
Money orders and certified checks should be made payable to:
Town of Eden Court

Please note:

• Payments cannot be accepted over the phone.
• Personal checks are not accepted.
