The Town of Newstead Court has two Justices who hold court on Wednesday evenings.
Arraignments are handled as required.

Each Justice is elected to a four-year term.

The Court handles all legal matters that arise within the Town of Newstead and the Village of Akron, including:

• Criminal cases

• Proper attire is required on court nights.
